Sunset on Porlock Marsh captures the beauty and dynamism of a unique landscape on the edge of Exmoor. The photographer, David, was inspired by the constant changes of the salt marsh, which was flooded by the sea in 1996 and created a new habitat for wildlife. The dead trees that remain from the flood add a striking contrast to the golden hour light and guide the viewer's eye towards the distant Porlock Weir. This photograph is a testament to the resilience of nature and the power of artistic vision.

Dunster Castle near Minehead, this took a little planning to capture the castle like this, an early rise in June, with the sunrise lighting up the castle as I had hoped. But, even then there are other factors that came together that can't be planned, the early morning rain which brought out such lovely colours in the sky.
