Terms and Conditions

General Policy

We have a simple policy on sales, we want you to enjoy the artwork as much as we have enjoyed producing it and will, if you are not satisfied, refund any purchase within 14 days.

How to Order

You can order online via the drop down options and buttons, at the moment we do not take payments online, we will contact you to arrange payment and arrange delivery.  We like talking to people so welcome phone enquiries.  We will usually respond by the next working day to confirm the price and arrange payment.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and will be able to take details via the phone, please do not email your details.

We also accept payment via bank transfer, details on request.

We accept cheques drawn on UK bank accounts.

Delivery

We will normally deliver within 5 working days, but will advise you of any delays within 2 working days.

Delivery within the UK is free.  Outside of the UK will be charged at cost.

Breakages and Shortages

Should be notified on the day of delivery, we will do all we can to ensure your artwork arrives in the condition you would expect.

Returns

Returns should be packed in the original packing materials and sent to:

Returns must be insured for their full value as the cost of any subsequent loss will be due.

On receipt of the item we will issue a refund cheque or refund your card for the price of the goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of damage.

We can replace, refund or credit your order, with replacements being shipped to you at no extra charge. Replacements may not be possible for original artwork but similar items may be available.
