Nutscale Water On Exmoor – Landscape Painting

Nutscale reservoir is hidden nestled in the valley of Exmoor above Porlock and probably rarely seen by visitors.  It is always a treat when we visit, the colours of the hills around, the water sometimes spilling over the dam and always a good chance of seeing Exmoor Ponies and Red Stag with herds of Deer and Highland Cattle. This painting depicts the reservoir in the summer when gorse and heather are in full bloom.
